§ 9.105 DRIVING OVER FIRE HOSE.

It shall be unlawful for any person, without permission of the Fire Chief or his or her designee, to drive a vehicle of any description over or across a fire hose stretched or laid upon the ground for use at a fire or for any other lawful purpose of the Fire Department.
