§ 9.102 PARKING AT HYDRANTS; OBSTRUCTING FIRE EQUIPMENT OR MEMBERS.

   a.   No person shall park any vehicle within 15 feet of a fire hydrant nor otherwise cause any obstruction to fire equipment at an emergency incident.

   b.   It shall be unlawful to interfere with or obstruct the activities of any member of the Fire Department who is acting in his or her official capacity or when proceeding to an emergency incident.
