§ 7.101  ESTABLISHED.
   a.   A Municipal Court is hereby created and established in the town which shall have power and jurisdiction to try and determine all cases arising under the ordinances of said town and the Court shall have all powers, duties and jurisdiction in criminal cases made under state law and conferred on magistrates.
   b.   The Court shall have the power to punish for contempt of court up to the limit imposed on Municipal Court.
   c.   The Court shall have no jurisdiction in civil matters and said Court shall be vested with all judicial power in all such duties as granted by the laws of the state.
