a. Proposed amendments to the town zoning ordinance shall be forwarded by the Zoning Administrator to the County Planning Commission for review as required by S.C. Code § 6-29-760(A).
b. The Planning Commission shall conduct its review and make its recommendation to town Council within 30 days after receipt of a proposed amendment. Town Council shall give notice and conduct the required public hearing prior to acting on the amendment.
