§ 3.202  KILLING, INJURING OR MOLESTING BIRDS.
   The town is hereby declared to be a bird sanctuary, and it shall be unlawful to shoot, attempt to shoot, trap or molest in any manner any bird or to remove the eggs from or otherwise molest or disturb any bird’s nest in the town.
