§ 3.113  DISEASED ANIMALS.
   No animals afflicted with a contagious disease shall be allowed to run at large or to be exposed in any public place whereby the health of any person or animals may/might be affected, nor shall such an animal be shipped or removed from the premises of the owner except under the supervision of the lawful authority.
