§ 3.107  REMOVAL OF IDENTIFICATION AND RABIES TAGS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful in the town for any person to remove the identification or the current rabies tag from an animal as provided for in this chapter. The assertion that someone other the owner removed such tags shall not be a defense to any action or procedure under this chapter, the owner being deemed hereunder absolutely responsible for attachment of the tags.
