a. Any employee serving as a juror in a court of competent jurisdiction shall be entitled to his or her normal rate of pay from the town during jury duty. Payment for additional days of jury duty shall be subject to approval of the Mayor and Council.
b. Employees not seated as a juror shall return to work upon dismissal by the Court.
