§ 2.416  QUALIFICATIONS FOR VOTING.
   Every citizen of the town shall be entitled to vote in all municipal elections if he or she is or has:
   a.   Reached the age of 18 years and upwards;
   b.   Not laboring under disabilities named in the constitution of 1895 of this state;
   c.   Resided in the corporate limits for 30 days previous to any municipal election; and
   d.   Been registered for county, state and national elections.
