§ 1.302  FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUESTS.
   a.   This is the town’s policy in handling FOI requests.
   b.   The individual may inspect the records to determine which documents he or she want copied, an appointment is necessary for record review. Some requests may require additional search and preparation. Staff time locating documents not readily available, preparation and copying will be charged at the rate of $16.30 per hour, or portion thereof. Copies of records can be made by town staff, or the individual may make his or her own copies if he or she has portable equipment. Original records may not be removed from Town Hall. The cost of copying documents will be charged at $0.14 per page. Faxing will be $0.50 a page.
