Any person, firm or corporation licensed under the provisions of this Chapter shall, at all times during the terms of said license, allow the officers of the City’s Police Department or any other law enforcement agency to enter the premises where the licensee is carrying on such business or at any property or buildings used for storage of items related to the business, for the purpose of inspecting such premises and inspecting the goods, wares and merchandise therein for the purpose of locating goods suspected or alleged to have been stolen or otherwise improperly disposed of.
