§ 3-3-6: LICENSE REVOCATION:
   A.   In addition to the grounds for revocation stated in City Code Section 3-1-11.B, the following shall be grounds for revoking a peddler or transient merchant license:
      1.   Subsequent knowledge by the City of fraud, misrepresentation or false statements provided by an applicant on the application form.
      2.   Fraud, misrepresentation or false statements made during the course of the licensed activity.
      3.   Subsequent violation to which the granting of the license could have been denied under Section 3-3-5 of this Chapter.
      4.   Engaging in any prohibited activity or violation of any provision of this Chapter.
   B.   If the City Clerk revokes the license, the licensee shall be notified in writing of the decision, the reason for revocation and the licensee’s right to appear at the hearing regarding the revocation as outlined in City Code Section 3-1-11.B.
