§ 5-1-7: UNDERAGE POSSESSION, USE OR CONSUMPTION OF CANNABIS PRODUCTS:

It shall be unlawful for anyone under 21 years of age to possess, use or consume a cannabis flower, cannabis product, lower potency hemp edible and hemp-derived consumer products. The penalty shall be a misdemeanor with a mandatory minimum fine of $100. (amd. Ord. 1078, 10-18-2023)
