Ordinances and resolutions adopted by the City Council or any City Board or Commission may be signed and attested to by the use of an electronic signature. The electronic signature must meet the requirements of the Minnesota Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 325L, as if the ordinance or resolution were part of a transaction as defined by that Statute.
