§ 2-1-1: ESTABLISHMENT OF BOARDS, COMMITTEES AND COMMISSIONS:

   Pursuant to State law, the following Boards, Committees and Commissions are hereby established:

   A.   Advisory Committee for Historic Preservation, as authorized by Minnesota Statutes Section 471.193 and Minnesota Statutes Section 138.51.

   B.   Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources Commission, as authorized by Minnesota Statutes Section 412.501.

   C.   Planning Commission, as authorized by Minnesota Statutes Section 462.354.

   D.   By resolution, the Council may establish or dissolve any other Boards, Commissions or Committees as it deems appropriate. Each Board, Commission or Committee created by the Council shall follow the rules and procedures set forth in this Chapter.
