§ 9-10-1: PERMIT REQUIREMENTS:

Permits for the installation of manufactured homes shall be required and obtained by the owner of the manufactured home, the dealer/installer, or by the manufactured home park management company. Permit fees shall be established in the City’s fee ordinance.
