The Minnesota State Fire Code, most current edition with amendments, one (1) copy of which is marked as the official copy and which is on file with the City Clerk, is hereby adopted in its entirety as the Fire Code for the City for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion, except such portions as are modified or amended by other sections of this Chapter. Every provision contained in the Fire Code as amended, except as modified or amended by this Chapter, is hereby adopted and made part of this Chapter as if fully set forth herein.
