A. Permit Required: Before proceeding with any plumbing construction, enlargement, alteration or repair, the owner of the property where such plumbing is proposed, shall first obtain a permit for such purpose from the Building Official.
B. Application for Permit: Application for such permit shall identify the owner of the property, the legal description of the property where the work is proposed, the nature of the proposed work and the identity of the contractor who is to perform the work.
