§ 1-1-6: ORDINANCE ENACTMENT AND EFFECTIVE DATE:
   A.   Enactment of Ordinances: Ordinances are enacted in accordance with the procedures set forth in Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 412.
   B.   Effective Date: Ordinances are effective on the day following publication in the official newspaper of the City or on a later date specified in the ordinance.
