Detailed specifications for the towing and impounding of vehicles shall be complied with by the provider. A tow provider shall meet the minimum standards provided in the specifications in order to provide the service required by the Public Safety Department. The requirements of this Chapter must be met in order to be eligible to provide the City’s towing services on a contract.
