§ 6-1-4: ABATEMENT OF VEHICLES:
   Any vehicle in violation of this Chapter is deemed to be a public nuisance and may be abated pursuant to City Code Section 4-1-6. The disposition of any impounded vehicle may be reclaimed pursuant to City Code Section 4-1-4.D.7.
