Persons desiring to let rental dwellings or rental dwelling units must make an application to the City, provide the information required by this Chapter and pay the applicable license fees prior to any inspection or new or renewal license being issued. For single-family residential dwelling units, license terms shall be for a period of two (2) years. For multi-family residential dwelling units, the license term shall be for one (1) year. All license terms begin on March 1 and expire on the last day of February.
