§ 3-15-4: RENEWAL:
   A.   An application for license renewal must be filed by November 30 of the year prior to the year in which the license expires.
   B.   Upon failure to comply with this provision, a letter will be sent to the owner informing them that a late fee, in addition to the renewal fee will be due within fifteen (15) calendar days.
