The provisions of Minnesota Statutes Sections 624.20 through 624.25, with reference to the definition of terms, conditions of operation, provisions relating to possession and sales, and all other matters pertaining to fireworks, are hereby adopted by reference and are made a part of this Chapter as if set out in full.
