§ 3-10-1: RETAIL SALE OF FIREWORKS:

It is unlawful for any person to sell, offer for sale, expose for sale, or sell at retail or wholesale any consumer fireworks in the City without first receiving a license for the sale of consumer fireworks issued by the City in accordance with City Code Section 3-1-2.
