§ 3-7-5: PROHIBITED CONDUCT:
   A.   In addition to the requirements of Title 3, Chapter 1 of the City Code, the following conduct is prohibited:
      1.   Any conduct prohibited under Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 146A, Complementary and Alternative Health Care Practices.
      2.   Allowing an individual not licensed as a massage therapist to perform therapeutic massage.
