133.01 APPOINTMENT OF EQUAL OPPORTUNITY OFFICER AND FAIR LABOR STANDARDS OFFICER.
   The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to appoint an Equal Opportunity Officer and Fair Labor Standards Officer as provided by state law.
