(a) In the event of recovery of any final judgment against the owner of any ridesharing vehicle for damages on account of bodily injuries, death or damage to property, other than injuries, death or property damage of the owner or his employees, resulting from the ownership, maintenance, or use of the ridesharing vehicle in the City, and the nonpayment thereof for a period of thirty days thereafter, the City Auditor shall forthwith revoke all licenses of all the ridesharing vehicles of the owner.
(b) The Mayor shall have continuing jurisdiction as to licenses granted drivers of ridesharing vehicles. In the event of misconduct or acts on the part of a licensed driver which show him to be an unsuitable person to drive a ridesharing vehicle, or which would be sufficient to justify the refusal of a license in the case of an original applicant, the Mayor may revoke a license already granted.
