§ 150.46  OFF-STREET PARKING.
   All permanent dwellings, including mobile homes, constructed within the village limits after May 1, 1992, shall have off-street parking for at least one vehicle. OFF-STREET PARKING is defined as an area that is laid out for the purpose of parking motor vehicles and is not located on public right-of-way.
