(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to dispose of their household garbage, refuse, rubbish, or waste in the municipal dumpsters located at the village Community Center and the village ball park.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any resident of the village to dispose of their household garbage, refuse, rubbish, or waste at the municipal burn site, other than trees, brush, grass, and leaves.
(C) It shall be unlawful for any person not a resident of the village to dispose of any garbage, refuse, rubbish, or waste at the municipal burn site.
