§ 112.12  MINOR OR INCOMPETENTS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to sell or make a gift of, any alcoholic liquors, or to procure any such alcoholic liquors for any minor, or other person who is mentally, physically, or otherwise incompetent, whether due to natural disabilities or the prior consumption of alcoholic beverages.
