§ 70.43  COMPRESSION BRAKES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to attempt to retard the forward movement of any vehicle on any portion of a street within the city limits that has a grade of less that five degrees by using motor vehicle brakes that are in any way activated or operated by the compression of an engine of any such vehicle or any unit or part thereof.
