§ 53.07  VILLAGE BURN SITE.
   (A)   The governing body may establish an appropriate place for the deposit of wood, grass, and leaves by village residents known as the village burn site, and may establish reasonable regulations governing the use of the same in addition to those contained in this section. The Village Board may cause an appropriate sign to be erected stating regulations for the use of the burn site. Any person violating the provisions of this section or such regulations shall be subject to the penal provisions of the chapter.
   (B)   (1)   It shall be unlawful for any person not a resident of the municipality to dispose of or dump any waste whatsoever at the municipal burn site.
      (2)   It shall be unlawful for any person to dispose of or dump at the municipal burn site any solid wastes other than grass clippings, leaves, brush, tree limbs, and untreated or unpainted lumber. All nails shall be removed from lumber prior to disposal at the municipal burn site.
