The customer, upon approval of his or her application for sewer service, shall pay to the Village Clerk a tap fee of $25 which shall compensate the municipality for the expense of inspecting the installation of his or her building sewer and to partially compensate the municipality for the expense of providing sewer service. The customer shall then be required to pay the expense of procuring the materials required as well as the services of a licensed plumber and shall pay all other costs of installation from the main to the premises served including tapping into the municipal main.
