(A) Upon approval of his or her application, the customer shall be responsible for installation of the house sewer from the municipal main to the premises to be served, including the actual tap into the main.
(B) No municipal sewer main shall be tapped except under the direct supervision of the Utilities Superintendent. It shall be an offense for any person to tap into a municipal sewer main without the Utilities Superintendent being present.
(C) In making excavations in streets, alleys, or sidewalks for the purpose of installing pipe or making repairs, the consumer shall comply with § 94.28.
