§ 33.02  ENFORCEMENT OFFICIAL.
   The County Sheriff, as the quarantine officer, shall be the Chief Health Officer of the municipality. It shall be his or her duty to notify the Board of Trustees and the Board of Health of health nuisances within the municipality and its zoning jurisdiction.
