§ 11.01  OFFICIAL CORPORATE SEAL.
   The official corporate seal of the municipality shall be kept in the office of the Village Clerk, and shall bear the following inscription, “Village Seal, Cortland, Nebraska”. The Village Clerk shall affix an impression of the said official seal to all warrants, licenses, permits, ordinances, and all other official papers issued by order of the governing body and countersigned by the Village Clerk.
