§ 35.25 ASSISTANT CHIEFS.
   (A)   Other volunteer Assistant Chiefs, if any, will be next in rank to the Fire Chief and Deputy Chief, and First Assistant Chief, and in their absence, shall assume command as well as the responsibilities of the Fire Chief in a fire or other emergency.
   (B)   Assistant Chiefs shall be active members of the volunteer fire company of the City of Corry and remain an active member during their tenure as an Assistant Chief and shall reside within a 12-air-mile radius of the Corry Fire Station # 1. He or she shall have a minimum of seven years of interior firefighting experience, at least three years as a fire officer with progressively increasing responsibilities. He or she shall possess certified training in the following areas:
      (1)   Incident command;
      (2)   Fire suppression;
      (3)   Rescue;
      (4)   Hazardous materials;
      (5)   Officer training; and
      (6)   First aid.
