(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating any of the terms of § 33.008 may, on conviction in a summary proceeding, be subjected to a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $1,000 for each offense, and in default of payment thereof, imprisonment in the county jail for a term not in excess of 30 days.
