The Emergency Operations Plan of the city, dated May 2003, is hereby approved, adopted and placed into immediate effect, and that this Plan shall supersede all previous city plans developed for response to major emergencies or disasters. This Plan shall be reviewed on a regular basis (every two years) and necessary changes shall be made to make certain that it conforms with the requirements of the County Emergency Operations Plan.
