§ 33.010 SMOKE-FREE PROPERTIES AND EVENTS.

   All city-owned, leased properties as well as city-sponsored events shall remain smoke-free. Additionally, in order to ensure public knowledge of the Pennsylvania Clean Indoor Air Act, Act 27 of 2008, all properties shall be posted with signage which shall indicate “No Smoking” including each entrance to the property and each structure on the property.
