§ 33.007 PARKS AND RECREATION.

   (A)   In order to assure optimum use of various city facilities, the Director of Parks and Public Property is hereby delegated the responsibility for preparing, or having prepared, schedules for use of the following city facilities:

      (1)   City Park;

      (2)   Mead Park Tennis Courts; and

      (3)   Worth Street Ballfield.

   (B)   The Director of Parks and Public Property shall also exercise control over the above referenced facilities unless otherwise directed by Council.
