(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any applicant violating any of the provisions of § 150.01 may, on conviction in a summary proceeding, be subjected to a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $300 for each offense, together with costs of prosecution, and in default of payment thereof, imprisonment in county jail for a term not in excess of 30 days. Each day that a violation continues may constitute a separate offense.
(C) Any person violating the provisions of § 150.03 shall, after conviction before any Alderman of the city, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $100, and in default thereof, to be sentenced to serve not less than three days nor more than 30 days in the county prison.
(D) Any person who shall violate any provisions of § 150.04 shall upon conviction before the Magisterial District Justice be guilty of a summary offense and shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $300 and costs of prosecution or, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than 90 days.
(E) Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 150.35 to 150.42 may, on conviction of a summary proceedings, be subjected to a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each offense together with costs of prosecution, and in default of payment thereof, imprisonment in county jail for a term not in excess of 30 days.
(F) Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 150.55 through 150.67, or any provision of any rule or regulation adopted by the Housing Officer pursuant to authority granted by §§ 150.55 through 150.67, shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than $10 or more than $100 or by imprisonment for not less than ten days or more than 30 days and each day’s failure to comply with any such provision shall constitute a separate violation.
