§ 150.42 ENFORCEMENT.

If a city official or police officer shall determine that an untended filled-in excavation has become a hazard or a nuisance to vehicles or pedestrians, the excavator shall be notified in writing of the same. The excavator shall correct the situation within 36 hours of receipt of said notice.
