§ 150.15 DEFINITIONS.
   Except where specifically defined herein, all words used in this subchapter shall carry their customary meanings. Words used in the present tense shall include the future. The singular number shall include the plural, and the plural the singular. The word “shall” is always mandatory and not permissive. The word “uses” or “occupied” as applied to any land or building shall be construed to include the words “intended, arranged or designed to be used or occupied”.
   AIRPORT. The municipal airport of the city known as Corry Lawrence Airport.
   APPLICATION. The official request by a company or individual, submitted on forms provided by the city/authority, to erect a building in a designated hangar area at the airport to be used for approved aviation activities.
   AUTHORITY. The airport authority of the city.
   CITY. The City of Corry, Pennsylvania, owner of Corry Lawrence Airport.
   CITY ENGINEER. The appointed City Engineer of the city.
   HANGAR. Any building or shelter designed or erected for the purpose of storing aircraft, including, but not limited to, fixed wing aircraft, gliders, helicopters and the like, together with attached or detached storage and maintenance facilities.
   HANGAR AREA. The area or areas designated in the official Master Plan and Airport Layout Plan of the airport as the hangar area.
   OWNER/LESSEE. An individual, partnership, corporation or other legal entity which owns the hangar or hangars which are located on the demised premises, under the terms of the lease.
   PORTABLE HANGARS. Any building or shelter designed or erected for the purpose of storing aircraft, which can be disassembled in sections and which is specifically manufactured for the purpose of being easily taken apart and transported.
