(A) A license shall be secured by each theatrical company, public show, circus or other type of amusement which comes into the city for a short period of time.
(B) The amount of the license fee for such theatrical performance, amusements and the like shall be $25 per day for each show or performance, and application for such permit shall be filed with the Chief of Police.
(C) No such license shall be issued under this section until the expiration of 15 days from the filing of the application for the license, and each person filing such application shall submit a list of all the names of his or her employees together with their Social Security numbers.
