The restricted areas, within the intent of this subchapter, shall include the following:
(A) All areas within 50 feet of any building used, intended to be used or designed for human habitation, and buildings designed for, or used for, industrial or commercia1 business;
(B) All areas within 50 feet of the traveled portion of any public street or roadway, if such area is within 200 feet of any building included in division (A) above; and
(C) All areas within five feet of any public sidewalk.
