(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person or persons violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 71.01 through 71.03 may, upon conviction in a summary proceeding, be subjected to a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $50 for each offense and in default of payment thereof, imprisonment in county jail for a term not in excess of 30 days.
