(A) All users of the sewage system as of the effective date of this subchapter who are connected to the city water mains and are metered for such water use, shall have no formal requirement as to application for sewage service.
(B) All other users shall apply for sewage service as follows:
(1) By applying for water service in accordance with city’s water rate and regulation ordinance in effect at the time of application; and
(2) By applying for a sewer connection permit in accordance with the current city ordinances regulating such connections.
