§ 52.089 REPORTS OF CHARGED CONDITIONS.
   (A)   Each user must notify the coordinator of any significant changes to the user’s operations or system which might alter the nature, quality or volume of its wastewater at least 30 days before the change.
   (B)   The coordinator may require the user to submit such information as may be deemed necessary to evaluate the changed condition, including the submission of a wastewater discharge permit application under § 52.064.
   (C)   The coordinator may issue a wastewater discharge permit under § 52.066 or modify an existing wastewater discharge permit under § 52.070 in response to changed conditions or anticipated changed conditions.
   (D)   For purposes of this requirement, significant changes include, but are not limited to, flow increases (over the daily flow measurements reported by the user in its baseline monitoring report or otherwise) of 20% or greater, and the discharge of any previously unreported pollutants.
